This policy describes how Pride Health and Wellness (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects "Consumer Health Data" on this website as required by Nevada Senate Bill 370 (SB 370). This policy applies to Nevada residents and any consumer whose health data is collected within the state of Nevada.
We collect information that you voluntarily provide and data collected automatically that can be used to identify your past, present, or future health status, including, but not limited to:
Individual Health Conditions: Information regarding symptoms, health status, diagnoses, or treatments that you enter into our "Contact Us" form.
Inferred Health Data: Information we may derive from your interactions with our website (e.g., viewing specific pages on "Diabetes Management").
We collect your data through:
Direct Interaction: Information you type into forms on our site.
Automated Technologies: Cookies, pixels, and web beacons that track your interactions with our website.
Third Parties: Analytics providers that help us understand which health services are most searched for by our visitors.

In compliance with SB 370, we do not implement a "geofence" (virtual boundary) around any other healthcare facility for the purpose of identifying consumers, tracking their health data, or sending targeted health-related advertisements.
